Contacting support does not automatically open email on android

I know the "contact support" option in ABRP is meant for email, because when i click it, attach logs or not, then open it in a email applciation, it will send a mail towards a ABRP email address.
The problem is that android copies text and asks what application i should open the text with. It does not open my email app- i can also choose whatsapp, telegram etc. Obviously this is not supported by ABRP. So it should automatically open a email app, not offer you to open any app to contact ABRP.
