Where can’t you see the reference consumption? I can see it on your account and also that we get it from your car.

Hi again!
I've uploaded a few photos. My consumption of 185 appears for 1-2 seconds and disappears for 1-2 minutes. This makes me think it might not be working properly. And when I reset the consumption, it doesn't reset. I've tried it several times. I've also tried it with two different OBDs. The result is the same.

My colleague looked at this and think that you might misunderstood this as average consumption like the car shows while driving. Here is how we explain reference consumption in the app:
“Reference consumption is utilized to calculate your consumption and range. The value differs from the mean value displayed in the car. While the car value reflects your historical consumption, this reference serves as a baseline representation.
You can switch to a more comfortable unit, which can also be adjusted in the the 'User interface' section.”

You've definitely misunderstood me. I'm not comparing the reference value with the value in the vehicle. I know how its work. I just thought that the occasional disappearance of this value in the "app" might indicate that it wasn't calibrating properly. (Previously, it was constantly appearing.) Also, when I tried to reset my consumption from the app, it didn't. I tried a few times. I wanted to reset the reference consumption for recalibration, but it didn't.

I think the disappearance might be because of the Veepeak OBDsince other users have had problem with that one.
My colleague will look at the Reset the reference consumption.

Hi again! I removed my car from the app and added it again. The consumption reference appears to be working properly now. It's reset and calibrating. After a short period of use, I reset the consumption again through the app. But it still didn't reset.
