Consistent map orientation

I’m missing a setting where I can choose to consistently and permanantly have the map always north-oriented, not direction-oriented, no matter if I’m in a routing session or free roaming, no matter if I chose to see full trip, only next destination, or zoomed-in map, not even when highlighting upcoming intersection/turn. Of course for 3d view this makes no sense, but that would be the only exception if set to north-oriented IMHO.
