Connection not established

Hi All!

I'm trying to connect my BYD Dolphin Mini (Surf) Model 2027 to ABRP using the Vgate Icar Pro BLE but i’m getting this message.

Any suggestions on what the problem might be?

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

    Hi

    BYD has changed something with their software update so that OBD does not work anymore. We have added Enode as a live data option instead.
