Connection lost. No green BT Status to OBD

Connection setup for the Audi e-tron 50 with Apple CarPlay and iPhone 12 Pro Max under iOS 26.1. The OBD adaptor can be easily connected. After approx. 10 trips, however, the Bluetooth symbol in the car flashes only red and blue alternately. No more green status. After that, I have to delete the OBD adaptor in the app on the iPhone, pull the adaptor into the car and plug it in again and connect it again via Bluetooth.
