Connection live data via Enode

Dear ABRP Support Team,

I am currently experiencing an issue with connecting Live Data via Enode in the A Better Routeplanner app.

I have an active ABRP Premium subscription (monthly plan, active and renewing on July 11). In the app, I can see Enode listed under Live Data providers. However, when I try to connect, the process does not continue.

When I select Enode and press β€œConnect with Enode,” nothing happens. The app does not open a login window or proceed to the Mercedes-Benz authentication step. It simply does not respond.

I have already tried:

  • Restarting the app

  • Reinstalling ABRP

  • Checking my Premium subscription status (active)

  • Ensuring my Mercedes-Benz account and app are working (I can see my vehicle status there)

My vehicle is a Mercedes-Benz EQA 250+ (model year 2024).

Could you please help me resolve this issue or confirm whether there is a known problem with Enode connectivity on iOS?
