Connecting Subaru Solterra with Enode

I had by Subaru/Toyota account connected to my ABRP account with Enode. I recently received an error message that there were connection issues and I should relink the accounts. Now when I click on “Link” for over-the-air live data I am taken to the Enode screen which looks to have a “Connect with Enode” blue button. But nothing at all happens when I try to tap the “Connect with Enode” button. How do I relink my Solterra account?
