Connected without obd dongle

My car, a 2021 kona, is connected to my kona with live data without the obd dongle connected. How does that work?

Does it explans my following pb :

The dongle was not in the bluetooth list to create the connection. Which seams no to be a pb any more because there is a “magic” connection.

Vehicule : kona 2021 64kwh

Dongle tests :

• with an other phone connected to abrp => it connects properly, but the connection was done for the first time some weeks ago

• tested with car scanner on the phone where abrp did not see the dongle. The car scanner app connect properly.

• To be more precise: in the bluetooth list to select a dongle in abrp appears the ios link bluetooth but the android one did not show.

• Note: I take car to shut down the Bluetooth of the other phone and disconnect car scanner when trying on the phone
