Connect VW (and other vehicles) via Enode -> asked to accept T&C but has already done so

Enode just informed us they’ve deployed a fix for this issue. You should now be able to link your vehicles.

“It seems to be an issue with VW, where some customers get presented with new terms and conditions every time they log into the app, even if they have already accepted them. This is causing issues when we are doing our authentication. As a fix, we are trying to see if we can present the terms and conditions in our Link UI to circumvent this issue. You can follow the incident on our status page for updates on this:

The problem should be resolved by following the next steps on the native VW app:

1. Log out of the app

2. Log in again

3. Accept the Terms & Conditions

And then trying to link again with Enode.
In some cases, it seems that this is not fixing the issue. We are currently investigating this.“

Thanks for the screen recording, I made it private to admins since your account email was visible. This does appear to be the same message other users are seeing.

Please check the following;

1. That you are selecting the correct service/app during the linking process? (Whether they use the "myVW" app or the "Volkswagen" app regularly)

2. Can you verify that they are able to login to that app with the same username/password they're using on Enode?

3. Can you verify that you're able to see vehicle telemetry in the app and that there are no additional subscriptions or terms they have to agree to? (Are they able to send this as a screenshot?) → Which you report, so disregard this step.

We’ve received reports from two other users who also experience this issue when attempting to link their VW ID vehicles.

We’ve already contacted Enode about this, but it would be great to confirm your situation on the points listed in my previous reply as well as getting a screenshot of the message you’re seeing.

Same issue for me, ID.7 Tourer. Unable to link with Enode. Login is fine. Volkswagen app is connected and showing data, everything accepted. Json response from enode:

Try to logout and login in the app. Then accept again the terms but it’s not working.
