Configure zooming into from overview map when a turn is ahead

I like the feature when I am on the overview map (position to target or position to next waypoint) and abrp switches the view when a turn is ahead.
But I want the 3D view instead of the top view and I would like to configure, in which distance to the turn the view will change, because for me, switching to the top view is way to early before a turn.
A solution could be:

• Leave the defaults as is

• two new settings:
  - distance to switch from the overview (target/waypoint) to the view for the turn
  - view to switch to (top view/3D view)

Does that make sense?
