Config for allowed maximum SOC for charging

🚧 THIS IS A TICKET MIGRATED FROM UPVOTY. The original ticket and comments will be available for a limited time over at:

———————————————————————————
The config already allows to specify an allowed minimum SOC for arriving at a charger.
However, this often causes the creation of routes where the SOC while arriving at a charger is rather high (say 35%). This occurs even when setting the route to low number of longer stops and a higher time penalty for charging stops.
With some cars, it is not economical to start charging at higher SOC, especially in cold weather as heating of the battery costs too much in relation to the charge and also only low charging speeds are achieved (e.g. Ioniq electric 38kWh).

Request: There should be an option to specify a "requested" maximum SOC for charging as well.

It should result in stops between the minimum and roughly maximum SOC configured (e.g. between 5% and 10%) where possible.
This with a dense fast charger network, this makes more sense.
