Communication problem with charger

Hello, on my last trip, my vehicle (Toyota Proace Electric, with OBD Ble connected to the ABRP) has encountered a charging problem. The communication with charger was not initiating (with message “Charge ended” on dashboard). Tried multiple times but nothing was working.

I resolved the issue after unplugged the OBD dongle. Is there any software functions that could be responsible of the priority taken on the OBD communication that could block the charger communication with vehicle to initiate charge ?

I had no problem before the release 7.
