Little Saint Bernard Pass

ABRP 7.1, with a paid account, refuses to route my Kia PV5 through the Petit Saint Bernard Pass on July 27 to go from Courmayeur to Bourg Saint Maurice. It routes me through Chamonix. Why?
Google Maps doesn’t have this problem.
