Citroen Berlingo calculated reference consumption too low

The calibrated reference consumption is roughly the half of real consumption when using ABRP OBD connection to the car. This happens in winter time, so it probably has to do something with heating.

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

      I use a Vgate iCar pro dongle, which works in all my other vehicles perfectly

      Can you try to reset the reference consumption and see if that works?

      Click at your car → Edit settings and scroll down to Reset consumption.
