Choosing Selected Charging Networks Not Working
When I go to Options, in the next window I can see all of the charging networks I’ve previously selected appearing at the bottom. Those networks are also ‘clickable,’ so I’m assuming I can change which charging networks appear on the map? However, when I select or deselect those, the map is unaffected.
I’m sure I can remove the charging networks completely, but if I just want to find a specific network from choices I’ve already made, it would be cumbersome to add them all back in later. I’m assuming I’ve understood the intent—to have a subset of selected networks visible on the map.

Linda, I think that Jay is referring to the Options button at the bottom of the main planner. The one that lets you override the defaults for the specific plan.
Jay, I don’t believe there is a filter for removing charging networks from the map, it appears to me the purpose of preferred charging networks (the list you see on options, which you get to by clicking Edit under options or Settings → Charging → Charging Networks) is getting the planner to choose these over other charging stations, because you know they work/get better rates through membership etc.
Back to the networks you see under Options, I think they first appear as Black/highlighted indicating they are to be preferred in the plan, and then if you click them this removes them from from the preferences list presumably meaning they may now be selected if they are the best option, but not actively routed to.
For example if I plan 700 mile journey, with my default preferred network set to Tesla (cheap!) I am routed exclusively to Tesla Chargers. If I then go to Options and deselect Tesla, the differences are that I’m now routed to chargers that can sustain the charge curve of my vehicle which are physically closer to the quickest route between the two places, the result is that the route is a few minutes quicker (but costs more).

This is exactly it, thanks for the clarification, John. I didn’t play with the route planning portion at the time I was testing it, I was just expecting a visual chage after selecting the previously selected charging stations.

Do you mean Preferred charging networks?
I saw that there was something wrong with the charger types for your car so you need to reselct your car from the vehicle list.
