Have you heard of this and if so how do we correct this. I finally got the app to work well and I love it but I don’t want to keep reloading it in the car.
Can you tell us a bit more on how it removes itself? Does Google Play say something? Can you send a screenshot of error messages?

The icon on the dash dissappear. And my app on phone and laptop setting's resets. The charge cards I set are gone and I need to set up again. Other settings are OK. So I need to go to play and re-download to software in the car and sign in again.
