New premium subscriber. Using a 2021 Chevy Bolt. Trying to link live data via encode. After signing in with Chevy creds and putting in the 2FA code that is sent by Chevy, I get an error saying" “Connection problem: Chevrolet is experiencing issues, and is currently unreachable. Please try again later.” This has happened multiple times over the last two days. I’ve also tried two different Android phones (v 7.0.3) and the web interface with the same results.
