Charging Station with 6 chargers but only 5 parking spots?

Today I encountered an EVgo charging station with three dual chargers, but only five parking spots. One of the spots was a handicapped spot. The charger at the handicapped spot could not reach to a “non-EV” parking spot beyond the handicapped parking spot. On the other side it would be possible for some vehicles to charge with the other cable, but that would require taking a spot from the charger that “owned” that spot. All in all, I think it would be hard to get more than 5 cars connected at one time. If you respect the handicapped spot then there might only be 4 spots.

I’m wondering if the number of chargers should be reduced to 5? Or if there is some “proper” way to mark this up to let folks know what to expect.

The charger in question is: [EVgo] LeMay - America’s Car Museum at 2702 East D Street in Tacoma, WA.
