Charging power doesn't change charge level

If I create a route via a charger and then change from, say, 7kW to 11kW, the expected increase in charge level doesn't change. Even if I increase to 200kW, the completed level after 30 mins remains the same.

Am I doing something wrong? It seems like a straightfoward setting, but the charging power doesn't seem to make a difference.
