Charging overhead?

Where did charging overhead go? I’m on 7.0.5. I tow a trailer with my model Y, and often need to disconnect to back in to charge. I understand that the default overhead per stop is 5 min, but I want to be able to set it to 15 min so I include the time each stop to deal with my trailer.
