Erratic routing results in 7.0 - detour to charger and charging over 80%

See attached. It suggests to go to a charger somewhere in Hungary, which is way off the route, even though there is another Tesla charter much closer (in Bratislava). You can see the other Tesla charger in the top right corner of the picture. You can also see that it suggests to charge to 99%.

This behaviour was not happening in the old version. As a matter of fact, the old algorithm seemed to be perfect.
