Charging only on main route | Laden nur auf Hauptroute

I am often led down from the freeway to the store, even though there is an e-charging station a few kilometers away directly on the route/freeway.
This cannot be due to the charging availability either, since this is already specified in the planning and I have not specified preferred providers either.
So it would be great, for example, to be able to drive to Munich-Görlitz without detours, there are plenty of charging points right on the autobahn.
Recently, I was piloted into Nuremberg with more than 20% in the tank (>10 km detour) and then there were several charging options on the normal route, shortly after the exit/ascent.

Ich werde häufig von der Autobahn zum Laden runter geführt, obwohl ein paar Kilometer weiter eine E-Tankstelle direkt auf der Route/Autobahn liegt.
Das kann auch nicht an der Ladeverfügbarkeit liegen, da dies auch schon in der Planung vorgegeben wird und bevorzugte Anbieter habe ich auch nicht angegeben.
Wäre also toll z.B. München-Görlitz ohne Umwege ansteuern zu können, hier sind reichlich Ladepunkte direkt an der Autobahn vorhanden.
Letztens wurde ich mit über 20 % im Tank bis nach Nürnberg rein gelotst (>10 km Umweg) und dann kamen auf der normalen Route gleich mehrere Lademöglichkeiten, kurz nach der Ab-/Auffahrt.
