Charging network filters not working with route planner.

Hi,

Why is it that after I have selected my preferred charging networks (in the filter section) and then ask to plan a route I still get suggestion charging points outside of my preference?

This happens both on the app and the desktop version and is incredibly frustrating.

I will not be renewing my paid membership.

ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

    Hi

    The networks are preferred and that means that you will get those chargers as far as possible but we will choose other chargers if there are any that are better. We also do not make any detours to choose the chargers that you prefer.
