Charging-For time is broken; it ignores it and charges indefinitely

Steps to recreate: 1) Make a route; 2) Add a stop at a place that you don’t list a charger for (in my case, Erpsstaðir); 3) Tell it to charge there for a short period of time; 4) Simulate the trip; 5) Note how it ignores the time you set (in my case) and charges for however long it wants (in this case, 42 minutes)
