Skoda charge premium and basic not displayed with prices

Bug Reports

Charging cards not visible for charging stadione. My charging cards škoda charge premium and skoda charge basic are not displayed with prices for the charging stations in the ABRP application. I am 100% sure these charging stations accept these cards for example IONITY. 1 month ago this functionality was provided by ABRP to me. Thanks, marek

    Hello @ABRP User #2578721,

Do you have any examples of chargers that you know can use these charge cards?

Please provide a link to them:

    1. Find the charger in ABRP

    2. Click it to open charger details

    3. Select: share → share ABRP link

    4. Copy and paste the URL here

This way we’ll get the exact ID number of the charging location.

It seems we do not get information from our data provider regarding this charge card/network any longer. Are you sure that it was provided to you before?

We will contact our data provider regarding this issue and see if it was available before.
