Charging at stops

This may already be a feature and I'm not seeing it…
If I plan a route with multiple stops that have chargers, how do I get the route plan to select a charger at that location. Example: I plan a stop at target with 22% SOC. Target has free level 2 chargers but the route planner wants me to go to a tesla charger in the next town. I get that's a fast charger but I could be charging for free while I'm in target.
