Charger/arrival SoC are miscalculated in every plan.

Please see my previous (ignored) reports for detailed trip info. Arrival SoC continuously decreases 1 percentage point every 10 or so kms. In plan details consumption rate does not match leg consumption figures when calculated manually. 20% arrival SoC actually means 5% arrival SoC in a 150 km trip. Anything longer, you’re stranded. This occurs since 6.1.8.

    Can you clarfiy if this is an issue with:

    • Estimate of consumption

    • Estimate of arrival times

    • Or both

    Additionally, we need you to provide a new link to the plan where this occurs. To do this;

    1. Plan the trip in ABRP

    2. Click/tap: ‘Share plan’

    3. Click/tap: ‘Share ABRP link’

    ⚠️ IMPORTANT: Please exclude private addresses and the use of ‘my position’, home, work, etc., from the plan you post here publicly.

    We need the information of which live data connection you are using (Enode, OBD or Tronity) and which vehicle model you are driving for when the issue occurs.

      I was clear. It’s NOT about arrival time. It’s about consumption estimate for both charging stops and arrival SoC. As well as the total consumption estimate on the top of the plan (and total consumption in kWh) does not match if you calculate consumption estimate for each leg (dividing the kms by estimated kWh consumption) in the plan.

      This is a plan for a trip I made yesterday.

      On my account you may view the details of the actual trip on my trips dated 11 December 2025. Yesterday it showed 32% arrival and I arrived with 22% as you can see although I drove quite slower than ABRP projected.

      You can view the car on my account but it is an Opel Corsa E. Live data is connected via OBD.

      You have ignored all my replies on my previous messages on the same issue. This is the last time I’m providing you “clarification” please act this time. Please refer to my previous complaints which are detailed if you need further information.

    Thanks for reporting and sorry for not responding to you earlier. We checked your data deeper and yes we definitely see the difference between reality and the plans we provide for you - still not sure what is going wrong here. We will investigate and get back to you!

      I investigated further and found the following.

      1. The data car reports is accurate. When the SoC is lower than 60% the range the car reports is also accurate to the mile.

      2. The ABRP Ref. Consumption is too high for winter. And long term (3-4 days n the future) plans almost ignore weather.

      But (2) does not explain the difference by itself.
