Charger Timing Bug?

So I "think" this is a bug… I have done a number of routs that go into a EA charger in Paduacah (walmart 491) and it shows super long charger times. 1h 16m to go from 21SOC to 80SOC. Every other EA chargers shows 20-40min. I have used this charger too in the past and it never takes that long.
