Charger power level filter

Feature Requests

Currently the app has filters for 3.7-43, 43-150, and 150kW+. We would like to see the 43-150 subdivided to to better separate the 50kW from the 100-150kw chargers. And maybe another subdivision to divide the 150s from the 350kW.

    A custom filter would be nice, anyone could set low and up limits
