Charger occupation on Android Auto display

Dear support team, I'm using ABRP only a few times a year for distances of 500+ km. On my latest trip ABRP didn't show the charger occupation on my car's display anymore. I expected this information in the top right corner of the screen, right next to the current SoC and the estimated SoC on arrival. It used to be kind of a pie chart with every segment representing the status of a single charger. Instead the app seemed to display the charging speed permanently, whereas it stated "0 kW" most of the time. Once I noticed it even showing "43 kW" while driving approx. 100 kM/h. My car is a Skoda Enyaq with sw version 3.7.

    Hey Mirco, we need your feedback on this. I think this could be an issue migrating settings from one version to another, where the CCS plug config was lost and thus it looked like you didn’t have any charge ports on your car. Please make sure the charge plugs are set correctly and if it happens again, please let us know.

    Hi Bo & Samuel,

    we took two photos on our trip from Austria to Germany on Sunday, 5th January. The first taken 03:51h in the morning was 39km ahead of the Ionity charger “Bernau am Chiemsee”, above the SoC state the app displayed “0 kW”.

    The second taken on 13:19h was 115km ahead of an EnBW charger. The photo shows only “EnBW - Raststätte T&T L…”. IIRC that was on the highway A3 south-eastern of Frankfurt. On this photo above the SoC state the app displayed “43kW”, our latest charging stop there was at Ionity Weiskirchen Süd.

    Thank you for feedback! It seems like your live data has been stuck in “charging” somehow. Can you give us some specific date/time where this happened?
