Charger network status unknown

ABRP is currently showing some charger availability as “unknown” and therefore doesn’t consider them for charger stops. For instance, the two Electrify Canada sites in Canadian Tire car parks at Kingston and Oshawa, Ontario. Yet their networks show full information about them, such as available and which chargers are in use. ABRP is currently only offering me FLO chargers. Is there a problem? Because this makes ABRP unusable for me

Where does this happen?

    We don’t get any status from any Electrify Canada chargers. If you send me the link to the plan I can look at it. Click at Share plan and Share ABRP link.

      Thanks for getting back to me. Here’s the link to the route, which ignores the Electrify Canada chargers and gives me mainly Flo chargers.

        If I set the Minimum charger stalls to 2 I get three EC chargers.

          That’s what I can see now, but it opts for one at Brockville (with only a 12% top-up) and at Toronto, plus three other stops - that’s 5 stops, taking 1 hr 37 min. If I plan it myself, I can stop at Electrify Canada in Kingston and Oshawa for a total of less than an hour - and only those two stops. Why would ABRP tell me to stop so often when I don’t need to?
