Charger network status unknown

ABRP is currently showing some charger availability as “unknown” and therefore doesn’t consider them for charger stops. For instance, the two Electrify Canada sites in Canadian Tire car parks at Kingston and Oshawa, Ontario. Yet their networks show full information about them, such as available and which chargers are in use. ABRP is currently only offering me FLO chargers. Is there a problem? Because this makes ABRP unusable for me
