Charger Max SoC - Travel Time Bug

Hello,

First route is with 80% Max SoC at charger

And this route is with 100% Max SoC

Normally, if I allow ABRP to access 100% SoC, it should be able to calculate the best route possible.
But it gives a quicker route with 80% setting. Then I am not sure where to limit the charging state.
