Charger availability

I am not able to see how many stalls are in use. As I arrive to a site (Tesla or any other), stalls are in use - sometimes all of them - but ABRP shows all gray (as not in use). How can this be fixed?

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

    Hi

    We don’t get status for all charger networks. For the Tesla chargers we only get status in some countries.
