EVgo Charge Stop non-operational, maintenance notification

A charge stop specified by ABRP was under maintenance when I arrived at 1:00 A.M. 2 hours from my destination, and at 30%. I tried to determine how on ABRP I could locate an alternative charge stop nearby, without luck. I call the charge stop operator (EVgo) and they were able to help me find an alternative nearby. Not sure it is a bug, but "report bug" was the only method I could determine to communicate a flaw in my expectations of ABRP, as I understood ABRP would know that charge stop was operational and available before routing me off of my route?
