Charge duration no longer lets me type a time

Mobile app. Previously, I was able to type a charge duration in hours and minutes. This is no longer available and now I must scroll a list of times. This is very cumbersome and slow. If the current time is 0 minutes and I want to choose 30 minutes, I am unable to type the time. Instead I must scroll half the list.

How do I type the charge duration?
