Charge cards filter (beta) is not working when applying to a charging station

Hi, the option to filter out only relevant charging stations using the beta option to filter using the charging cards you posses, is a very powerful option. Unfortunately, it seems not to be fully working on a Windows 11 PC, nor on the Android app, nor on the iPad app, when I click on the charging station details. If a charging station is selected on the map, and I filter on “my cards”, all charging cards are filtered out. Also the ones that I do have (3 regular ones). So I have to scroll through the list of all applicable cards and rates.

Furthermore, displaying the cards in an alphabetical order instead of random, would make scrolling and finding your cards a bit easier.

A topping on the cake would be to display the cards you posses in the order from the lowest charge rate to the highest charge rate. Which would be the most functional way for end-users looking to minimise charging fees.

If the filter option is not fixed in the coming weeks, a quick improvement would be to display all cards from low to high charge rates per charging station before we all leave on holiday.

If you click at My cards and they are not shown it should mean that you can’t use them at that charger station. Which charger have you selected and which cards do you have that can be used at that station?

On the right you can select in which order the card is shown.

Hi Linda,
First thanks for the quick reply. I use charge cards Plugsurfing, BMW Active and Shell Recharge. The first card is almost universal, as you probably know. All 3 entered into the app.
My BMW supports chargers type 2 and CCS. Both were entered into the app.
I noted that in the Windows ABRP webpage, the iPad app and the Android app you first have to select view all cards before the option becomes available to sort on charge fees in the sub screen “Charger prices”. Note that applying “my cards” in that screen still filters out all cards. Although according to the Charger Prices screen, my 3 cards are all 3 accepted. Otherwise there would not be a charge fee listed behind the card?
See for example a charging point close to me. Shell Recharge and Plugsurfing are both listed with a rate. So I assume that it will be accepted.
Then I filter on ”My cards”. It states in Dutch: “No cards available for this charger“, for both the 200 kW charger and the 300 kW charger. As I have a CCS and Plugsurfing and Shell Recharge, why are both not listed here?

  I talked to my colleague and this is broken. It should be pretty easy to fix and we can hopefully have it fixed by Friday.

  Super, thank you for the follow-up.
  My 2 cents: also set the standard for sorting card rates at a charging station to “price” instead of “popularity”, which is it now. I don’t care which card is popular, I want to charge against the best rate given my available cards. Every time I have to reset this sorting order when checking out charging rates at a charge station, as this setting is reset when checking out another charging station. A general option to set all charge cards sorted towards popularity, or name, or price, would be awesome.

  If you make an update to the latest version your cards should be visible now at the charger stations where you can use them.
