Hello support team,
I recently upgraded to a premium account because I just bought an OBD scanner compatible with the ABRP app.
The problem is that it won't link to my BYD account. I checked my email and password, and everything is correct; however, the app only shows that the vehicle was purchased in Australia and Europe. It doesn't show any other options because it says it's getting the data from my location.
Another problem is that it won't let me switch to the vehicle's native charging connector (GBT DC and GBT AC), even though it has two connections: one for slow charging and one for fast charging. It only shows me the CCS option.
Is there any way you can help me with these problems? If it can't be fixed, the app is useless to me.
