Carplay UI adjustments

First of all thanks to all the devs! I really love ABRP and the improvements that you guys are bringing every day!

I'd like to point out some difficulties I'm having with the Carplay UI and then some modification that I hope could help it being even better!

I'll be focusing in this example with the Dark UI. Firstly i think that the mapbox style developed is too contrasty, and some subdued color could help focusing on the trip, since the UI thankfully is full of information.

As you can see I have a rather small screen and I've found well thought how those crucial element are basically on the corner and the navigation in the center. Unfortunately I think those are quite inconsistent, starting from the color (some black other grey), to the margins and the position.

Here's an example on how the feedback could be played out in a more modern way. I detached the bottom left panel as the other elements (EDIT: I realize it should be attached as it is now, because it's an UI standard Carplay element), adjusted simply the margins aiming to find alignments, changed the color of the top left panel to gray and finally, I've changed the color of the route (same color as the one used on the top left panel sometimes) and the navigation arrow shape (still ABRP style). Map style has same colors of Apple's one.

Hope users and devs could see it as a nice improvement!
