Carplay Premium Issues

Hi!

I subscribed to premium this week to use Carplay and I am experiencing some issues. Firstly, when using the app the map to navigate the map is extremely stretched on the car’s display. I am attaching a photo that I got from google showing the kind of effect I am experiencing, only it is a lot more distorted on my display. Secondly, I cannot navigate using ABRP on the “home screen” of Carplay. As soon as I want to be able to change song or view my calendar at the same time as navigation, Google Maps is activated instead.

I am using an iphone 12 mini on ios 15.
