Carplay Overwatch Mode

A mode in which ABRP, running in Carplay, does not engage in navigation itself, but only keeps an eye on dynamic routing, notifies when a different charger should be used, and keeps next charger availabilities, next charger ETA and total ETA at destination up to date.

An easy way ro send the next charger as destination to the vehicle (share it) would also be nice.

This is for people who want their cars head unit to do the actual navigation to the next charger, but ABRP to do the „strategical“ planning. At the moment, for example in a current BMW, you cannot use vehicle navigation if a Carplay app is navigating currently. If you just let the route calculation open in ABRP, the routing doesn't seem to be kept current.
