CarPlay Does Not Save Left/Right Settings

I drive on the left hand side of the road, so the CarPlay dock is on the right this obscures the info setting with current charge and expected destination charge. I can click on the cogwheel and change the Layout to align to Left side driving. But this setting IS NOT SAVED. So I need to do this again every time I start up the ABRP app please can this setting be saved.
