CarPlay: Blue navigation instruction block partially freezing

During our longer road trip to Gent, Belgium we noticed multiple times that the new "Blue navigation instructions" block isn't fully updated on CarPlay.

If we open the app on our iPhone it is correctly shown.

Especially the "Arrows" top left (Next instruction arrow) and bottom lane arrows aren't updated.

Seems highway number, distrance etc is working as expected. Killing app and re-routing works.
