CarPlay App Touchscreen Delay

When ABRP has been running for a few minutes, the touchscreen functions lags. For example, if I touch on the map to bring up the "Exit" button to cancel out of the current route, nothing happens for a good 30-45 seconds. Finally, the "Exit" button will appear, but then the same result when I touch the button -- no response for 30-45 seconds.
