Can't use app, can't add my vehicle

Trying this app out for the first time. Can’t use it, can’t add my vehicle. Tried 5+ times but it just won‘t work, what do I do?

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

    Which vehicle are you trying to add and what device are you using? Please send in a video of when you try adding it. Does it work in the web version for your account?
