Can’t suggest variable pricing

Not sure if this is considered a bug or a feature request. I tried searching and didn’t find any similar existing tickets.

The Circuit Electrique network in Quebec uses different pricing depending on charging speed. For example, these chargers near Val d’Or charges hourly for draws up to 20 kW, then per kWh for faster speeds.
