I had been experimenting with routes in the mountains & had set the destination SoC to 50% to be sure that I’d have enough range to get back out. I’d forgotten about that and when I tried to planned a route home from a local errand starting with 35% ABRP wanted to take me to a charger (fair enough).
Since I had plenty of charge to get home, I tried to reset the destination SoC. There doesn’t appear to be a way to do that when planning on the CarPlay display & on my phone display the screen display was largely blank where I thought I might have been able to reset the destination SoC.
Obviously, I could have disconnected the phone from CarPlay, adjusted the destination SoC and then reconnected, but that’s a significant amount of pain to endure for what seems like a common task. Also, that’s a very high workload for something that a driver might want to do underway.
The blank screen might be a separate bug…
