Can’t save plans under a different name

My issue with existing plans is two fold.
- erased plans erased on the web platform reappear in the app (iPhone/iPad)
- Impossible to change the name of an existing plan….. Plan accepts new name (with different settings) but when going back in the plan shows the old name and keeping original settings.
Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)
