Can't route Nacimiento-Fergusson Road in Big Sur, CA

When I use ABRP to route from Kirk Creek Campground, Big Sur, CA to King City, CA, it routes me circuitously south on Rt 1, then east through Paso Robles, then north along Rt 101. It does not use the direct route which is directly east on Nacimiento-Fergusson Road.

If I try to map this on openstreetmap.org, I am able to do so with the Valhalla and GraphHopper engines, but not with the OSRM engine.
