Can't login to my Subaru app because it uses Sign in with Apple

I want to connect ABRP to my Subaru using Enode. But “sign in with Apple” is not one of the choices when it asks me to sign in on the Subaru side. So I can’t sign in and therefore can’t connect Enode.

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

    We can’t unfortunately don’t change anything about the sign methods.
