Can't login on Android App

Bug Reports

I can’t login using the Android App however using the same login I can login using the web site.

Some hints: I use a + sign in the mail address and my password is about 30 characters long. I suspect that one of those could be the reason.

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

    Hi

    Have you tried to delete the app and install it again? If that not helps please try to reset the password. It should not be a problem since it works on the web.

    If it still does not work after a reset please contact us privat through the app. Go to the settings and scroll all the way down to Support & feedback.
